We aim to develop our young professionals into leaders, provide ample opportunities for them to socialize and network, and keep them from leaving the region. We focus on three core endeavors: community growth & development, volunteering & involvement, and personal & professional development.

View From the Top

It's back! The "View from the Top" speaker series launches in 2011 with "The CEO Experience." The series kicked off on May 3 as Michelle Gladieux facilitated a discussion with Fort Wayne business leaders.

Barr Street Market

The YLNI Barr Street Market, located in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne on the corner of Wayne and Barr Streets, offers fresh and unique local produce, plants, meats, baked goods and homemade crafts in a cultural setting.

YLNI the Vote

YLNI the Vote is an outreach program that educates members and the general public about the upcoming general election with a non-partisan candidates' brochure and a candidates' night on Thursday, September 15th.

Vision 20/20

If young people are serious about making northeast Indiana a vibrant and viable place to live, work and play, we must exercise foresight, collaborate with community leaders, and share our own "Vision 20/20."
